Carter Redelman, a junior swimmer at Gardner-Webb University, shares his powerful and deeply personal journey with mental health as a student-athlete. From navigating the challenges of transferring schools and feeling homesick, to experiencing devastating personal loss, Carter opens up about the moments that shaped his perspective and purpose.

For this project I served as the video editor, sound design, audio engineer, videographer, and colorist. I crafted this video from start to finish to tell the story of Carter Redelman mental health journey.
